As an event planner I am not tied to just one venue, vendor, or caterer. This makes my ability to get you exactly what your looking for that much easier!
We have many preferred vendors for locations including outdoor gardens, upstairs in historic downtown spaces, and convention centers.
With our abilities and resources we can even create a stunning event in your own backyard!

Our Process:
We receive an inquiry and schedule a call or meeting to hear your vision for your event.
We then create a quote for the scope of work you're looking to have done, create a vision board of what we can execute for you, present that and the contract to you.
Once you have chosen your package we move forward with payment schedule and follow up with any future meeting you may need to make you feel comfortable that we have everything under control.
Non-Refundable Deposit & Payment Policy
At Monarch Parties & Events, we take pride in curating seamless, memorable experiences by securing trusted venues and vendors on your behalf. To ensure the success of your event, the following payment and refund policies apply to all bookings:

Deposit Requirement & Purpose
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and initiate bookings with venues and vendors included in your customized quote. Upon receipt, this deposit is immediately applied to reserving the services of third-party vendors and/or venues, thereby locking in availability and securing pricing. -
Non-Refundable Nature of Deposit
Because these funds are disbursed promptly to vendors and venues to confirm your event details, all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation reason. This policy applies whether the event is canceled by the client or due to circumstances outside the control of Monarch Parties & Events. -
Additional Payments & Refund Policy
Any payments made in addition to the initial deposit may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days prior to the event date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Once the event is 30 days away or less, no refunds will be issued for any payments, as all items, room rentals, and vendor services will have been secured and confirmed for your event, making that date unavailable to other clients. -
Date Rescheduling
We understand that plans may change. You may reschedule your event once, within 12 months of the original date, subject to availability of all venues and vendors listed in your quote. Any rescheduled date must be mutually agreed upon by all parties involved. We will make every effort to coordinate availability but cannot guarantee the exact services if vendors are unavailable on your new date. -
Event Cancellation
Should you choose to cancel your event entirely, please note that deposits paid to vendors and venues cannot be recovered and will not be refunded. By securing your date, you acknowledge that these funds have been committed to third-party service providers.
